FAQs - Emergency Care
How fast can you get here?
Response times depend on your location within Central PA, but we prioritize active leaks and crashing ecosystems. Call immediately for current dispatch availability. If we cannot reach you in time, we will tell you over the phone.
How and when do I pay the call-out fee?
The call-out fee must be paid via credit card over the phone before we dispatch the truck. This secures your priority spot and covers our travel and initial triage.
Can you guarantee my fish or corals will survive?
During a crash, our first priority is stabilization to stop further loss. While we cannot guarantee livestock survival after a major failure, rapid professional intervention is the only way to give your ecosystem a fighting chance.
